Motoring: the new freebie!

Fasten your seatbelts everyone, my latest freebie is ready to go!
It's called "Motoring" and both the theme and the title were provided by my hubby, Dave. He suggested a while ago that I do a kit with road signs and "motoring" is what he says (and sings) when our son is walking really fast on all four.
The elements are bright and colourful and the papers offer contrast as there are 10 coloured one and a whole 10 papers in black or grey. I love the contrast of colour on black backgrounds and I sure hope you do too!

Without further ado, here's a preview of the full kit:

Before I give you the first part of the kit, I want to show you a couple of layouts done with it.
First is mine, showing you just how fast my son is on all four:

Second is Émilie's, another gorgeous layout from her! Merci Émilie:

As always we'll start with the papers, and they look like this:

There are quite a few, and they are quite large, so I had to split them in four files. Today you get the first two:
Motoring papers 1
Motoring papers 2

Come back tomorrow for the rest, then elements and alpha.
I hope you like the kit!

A new CT member

A bit of exciting news for me today. Recently, a very talented lady joined the French forum at which at participate regularly. She's a beginner at digiscrapping and yet her pages are gorgeous, original and so well done. She's already mastered placement, colours, drop shadows, blending, ... I was very impressed with her pages and I noticed that others were too. So I decided to make a move before others would and asked her if she would join my CT, and she said yes!
Her name is Émilie, but she uses Milao for forums and galleries. She also has a great blog: Milao scrap and her very own blinkie (which you can see in the sidebar). Go check it out, I guarantee you'll be impressed by her pages.

And she even made me a page with Pina Colada right away, take a look:

Now I'm working as hard and fast as I can to make my next kit and give my TWO-women CT something to do, lol.

Merci beaucoup Émilie!
Judith, now you have company form yet another continent...

I f you like Pina Colada...

...then you should like my latest freebie!
It's actually called Pina Colada and it has sort of an island/summer/Hawaiian feel.

You've seen the sneak peek, now here's the full preview:

Before I give you the links to the papers, check out what Judith did with it! Thanks Judith:

And here's a layout I made (Keiki is child in Hawaiian:)):

Today, you get the papers, they look like this:

And here are the three links to get them (they are all large files, sorry...):

Finally a new freebie!

A week later than usual, I have a new freebie for you!

I had to keep my nephew for a couple of days while he was transitioning between two daycare centres (and he's a busy 3 year old). Then we started building our deck (I have the sunburns to prove it...) and there were a couple of birthday parties. In the midst of all that, I was trying to design the kit and do all the previews, and it took longer than usual.

But here it is: Blooming Orchard.
It's a flowery kit (not my usual style or colours, but here it is anyways), inspired by the flowers growing on fruit trees (which is only starting to happen now where I live). It has apple tree, cherry tree, plum tree and quince tree flowers all extracted by me! I love those flowers.

Here's the full preview so you can get a better idea of what's in it:

Before I give you the links, I want to show you what my CT did with it
.
First, a layout done by my sister (my adorable nephew, suntanning on a slide)
:

Then a gorgeous one by Judith (which she did even though she was sick, her daughter had an ear infection and her son was growing 4 teeth at once, thank you very much Judith):

And here's a little Mother's Day card I did for my Mom with it (it was mother's day yesterday in France!):

Today you get the papers, which look like this:

Go to 4shared to download (there are 3 links, don't forget any!):
BO papers 1
BO papers 2
BO papers 3

I hope you like the kit. If so, leave a little comment and don't forget to come back tomorrow for the elements.

Schatzie's freebie

I have a new freebie for you today! But you should put some sunglasses on, because the colours might hurt your eyes, lol.
The kit is called Schatzie, named after my doggy, and it reflects what I think goes on in her mind! I should say that I took the idea of naming a kit after my puppy from Vicki who has her Pompey and Lily kits, named after her labradors. So Vicki, thank you for the idea!

Here's the preview of the kit:

Are your eyes still okay? Because you'll need them to see the layouts made by Judith and myself.

Judith:

And mine featuring none other than Schatzie:

Today, as usual, you get the papers. They look like this:

You can get them here:
Monochromatic patterned
Multicoloured patterned
Plain

I hope you like the kit, leave me some love if you download, and come back tomorrow for the elements!

A gift from my one-woman-CT

Today, I get to tell you about a freebie made with my kit that I didn't have to work for at all! That's fun!
My CT member Judith made two fabulous brag book pages with The Paper Pond. You can get them on her blog: Naki Scraps
Here's what they look like:

Gorgeous, aren't they? Leave her some love if you download!

Happy NSD and a freebie

Well, I didn't think it would be ready in time, but my kit and the layouts to show it off are all ready to go, so I will start giving to you today, so it will be a NSD freebie! Yay!
This one is called "The Paper Pond" and I'm pretty proud of it... Here's a preview, what do you think?

My one-woman-CT is larger today (two-women-CT) as my sister had some time and offered to scrap a couple of layouts (she ended up doing FOUR!)

First, here's the one Judith made using a picture of the local duck pond (very appropriate don't you think).

And here are 2 of my sister's layouts. I'll show you the other 2 later.

Today you get the papers. Here's what they look like:

There are two links to 4shared:
papers 1
papers 2

Leave me some love if you download. Hope you have a great NSD (or week-end really)!

New freebie: a little vinaigrette anyone?

Today is really exciting for me! First I'm releasing a new freebie that I'm quite proud of... Second, I get to show you layouts from a very unofficial one-woman-CT!

The kit is called Vinaigrette, and that's because that's what inspired it! I was making a salad and realized that I loved the colours of vinegar, dijon mustard, salt and pepper, oil, and lettuce...(weird, I know, but I don't choose what inspires me).
Here's the preview of the whole kit (which includes papers, elements and a full alpha).

Before I give you the download links, let me show you how the kit looks "in use".
You'll see that it can be used to scrap your children, your pets or your handsome cousins...lol
First I want to introduce Judith. I met her around the Scrap Pad (Scrap N'Arts' forum). After seeing a few of my kits, she said she liked my style and volunteered some of her precious time to scrap for me. She has a blog: http://nakiscraps.blogspot.com/ and you should visit regularly as she intends on releasing some freebies in the future...
Here are the two layouts she made, one of her daughter and one of her adorable cats:

Thank you so much Judith!

Next, I want to show you the layout I did with it, which, if you're nice, you will get as a quickpage at the end of the week...lol. I used a picture of my cousin eating salad at christmas. He ketp asking for more, which we thought was funny, and I thought it fit right in the theme of this kit :)

And now, let me show you the preview for the papers, which is what you get today!

For some reason, most of the papers are very large files, and to make the dowloading smoother for everybody, I split them into three files. Don't miss any...
papers 1
papers 2
papers 3

Wow, that was a long post, but hopefully worth it...
Come back tomorrow for the elements!
Hope you like it :)
